Yannis Pappas was born on 25th August 1984 in Brooklyn, New York, and is currently 37 years old. He is an American stand-up comedian and television personality. Pappas’s ethnicity traces down to Greeks.
Yannis Pappas went to American University in Washington, D.C to study history and American studies but began his career as a comedian in 2000. After being shot, he stopped comedy for about 2 years but appeared back on the stage in 2004. He started full-time comedy in 2008.

Yannis also did his stand-up comedy with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as the first-ever comedian although the episode didn’t air as it was just a test. He also had a production company alongside called Ditch Films with a friend Jesse Scaturro who was also a director.
He has appeared on Comedy Central’s “This Is Not Happening”, “Adam DeVine’s House Party”, and “The Half Hour”. In 2016, he had his own stand-up special on Comedy Central. Yannis had 2 podcast channels out of which only one is still running and is called, Long Days with Yannis Pappas.
